The last weekend in July, we headed up to Logan to see a couple of plays at the Utah Opera Festival. We attendend "Joseph and the Technical-Color Dream Coat" in the afternoon and "Fiddler on the Roof" that evening. Both were great performances and we saw 89 year old Sheldon Harnick...the man who actually wrote Fiddler on the Roof, who was a special guest at the show.
Between shows we went to dinner (Gia's Italian) with Kellie (Hegerhorst) and Mackay Johnson and their all-too-cute kids, Emmery and Mack.
On the way home the next day, we drove a bit through Logan Canyon, checking out potential campgrounds. Lots of pretty campsites, but not many who will accomodate a 32 ft. motorhome.
Went all the way up to Bear Lake |
