2015 Christmas Cruise, Day 7

Saturday, December 26th

Today was another "At Sea" day. It was another rest and relaxation day.  We had our DVD/Blu-Ray player, plugged it into the TV and watched episodes of Monk, Early Edition, Gomer Pyle and some of the movies we plan on bringing along.  Princess Cruise Lines plays Love Boat on a separate channel all day long so we watch some of those episodes as well.

DeeAnn met with the knitters and natters again and then in the afternoon we watched a movie, The Martian.  It was a pretty good movie.  We had also watched Max earlier in the cruise and liked it so well that we will buy it eventually.  So we just used the day to relax and enjoy the time together.

Ship log:  In the early hour of the morning, we completed our crossing of the Gulf of Tehuantepec.  Throughout the day we maintained a South Easterly heading paralleling the Guatemala and El Salvador coastline; at times it was visible 20 nautical miles on our portside.  Noon position: 12°56.9'N - 090°53.4'W.  Temperature 29°C (84°F).  Wind Easterly force 4, barometer 1012.5, and sunny skies.
