Camping at Jordanelle

Just before school was out, we headed up for a 2 day camping trip to Jordanelle.  It is a large campground, with full hookups and we had been there before several years ago and were impressed with how much the trees and bushes had grown, making it a very pretty place to camp.

We were in site 100 this time which had great views of the lake.

Roughing it in our Cabella chairs!

Watched a few movies....

Minor kiddos relaxing in their favorite Harvey spot.

Our only critter siting.

Minors' came out to spend a fun meal with us.

There was a rowing competition at the lake this weekend.

Usually we enjoy the sound of  rain on the roof when we are camping....however, this little problem didn't become apparent until this trip when the 2m rain started to drip in the back room.  So we put a pan to catch the rain and went back to sleep.  When we got home, Kent was able to tighten a few screws that had gotten lose and the problem was fixed.  It has rained several times since and no leaks!
