One can only stay quarantined for so long so in June we packed up Harvey and headed to a new place to try out. This time is was Steinaker State Park which is a little out of Vernal, Utah. We decided to take a scenic route which we loved. Here are scenes from the drive out to the park.
Main Street in Rosevelt....loved the flowers aligning the shops. |
Turned out that we were the lucky ones and got, in our opinion, the best spot in the campground. We had site 16 and it had shade, privacy, and a great view of the lake.
Were treated to deer sitings early in the morning. |
Ahhhh....Cabela chairs and a lake. Relaxation! |
The sunrises were beautiful. We hope to camp here again someday, maybe next year!
