This morning I finished Artemis Fowl: The Atlantis Complex by Eoin Colfer. I believe this was the sixth in the series and definitely better than the last one. Artemis, Butler, and his fairy friends are faced with a spacecraft that destroys a piece of equipment that Artemis believes will save the world. After barely surviving, they attempt to find the culprit, an escaped convict, and stop his reign of terror.
I liked the book, it moved fast and kept me guessing as to the plot. Appropriate for any reader, mostly for the older reader due to to the difficulty in understanding the concepts.
Now I am reading Mr. Monk in Trouble by Lee Goldberg.
