Went on a enjoyable trip to Disneyland June3-6th. This time with some of the Brobergs...Jeff, Christina, and the two youngest Mark and Gwen. Was fun to watch the fun through their eyes. Crowds weren't even all that bad. Too many pictures, I know, but they are so cute! This year Disney is celebrating their 60th anniversary.
Gwen got all princessed up at the Bippity Boppity Botique. They did a great job and she looked very cute with her hair, dress.....and tennis shoes!
Next came all the fun rides. We got quite a few in that first day.
Kent showing his love for "It's a Small World." |
This ghost was new at the Haunted Mansion |
The next morning we had breakfast with the characters. Mark and Gwen were a tad more interested in the characters than the food. They really enjoyed meeting them and getting autographs.
More fun rides!
Gwen and Mark meeting Elsa and Anna from "Frozen." Gwen was in her glory meeting them....Mark was a good sport...don't think he was quite as excited meeting princesses.
Here's from Turtle Talk with Crush. Mark was chosen to speak with Crush. When Crush asked what his favorite team was, he proudly replied "BYU."
Of all the rides, I think the kiddos enjoyed the little Wilderness trail most of all. They would have stayed in there all day. It is a great area for kids just to run and play and explore.
The "stink bug" really did stink! |
We stayed an extra day after Brobergs left....walk around the hotels, went to Aladdin, went on a few of our favorite rides and listen to the street entertainment.
These cones in cars land were actually snack stands. |
Love that they've added "wheelchair accessible" options to rides. |
And thus ends another fun trip!
