Had a wonderful experience visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. This was originally supposed to be a RV trip but good ol' Harvey was having problems with the heater so called the hotel and they had 1 ADA room left so grabbed that and headed down in Little Red. Turned out to be a wonderful trip!
Even the trip down proved to be beautiful and we hadn't even gotten to the park yet. Our first stop, of course, was to stop for some cheese in Beaver.
We stayed at Ruby's Inn. Somewhat of a fun place and the room was adequate and fit our needs. That first day we also visited the little western village they have across the street.
We took the shuttle around the park on the first day and the car the 2nd. The shuttle was accessible and had very nice drivers. Taking the car gave us spectacular views that we couldn't see with the shuttle. We also stopped at the museum one of the days.
Here are some of our favorite pictures. Hard to put that kind of beauty in words!
Other than a few deer, this was our only critter siting. |
Here are a few pictures from the drive home....
