The Flickertail State

We enjoyed an early fall break, visiting family in The Flickertail State, or North Dakota.

We visited the Heritage Center and saw some of the history of North Dakota, native populations and rich farm history.

Here is one of the "antiques" used by other "antiques" in his boyhood.

The nieces and nephew met us one morning for breakfast, following an afternoon and evening at a swim party.

Food was definitely something we enjoyed. Apparently, some enjoyed it more than others.

Of course, our visit would not be complete without a visit to Turtle Lake, home to Harley. We also enjoyed a tour of the Tornado, a cool new device that allows files to be transfered from one computer to another through USB ports.
