Hawaii, Day 3

Today is December 21st, our 2nd day of the cruise and 3rd day of our Christmas vacation.

Our room.
Balcony.  Plenty of room for the wheelchair.

On our way.  Ocean view from our balcony.

Breakfast at the buffet, the standard hash brown paddies, fruit, bacon and Danish.

DeeAnn then went to the knitters gathering, met some interesting fellow knitters.  She discovered that there were tickets to the lei making class so she signed us both up.

Meanwhile, I was at a lecture about Hawaii, the big island.  Somewhat interesting though I fell asleep a couple of times.

Deck walkway.  Goes almost completely around the deck
Lunch was at the dining room.  I had a plate of French fries while DeeAnn had pea soup and a cheesesteak sandwich.

We then went to the lei making class where we thought we were going to be using fresh flowers but instead used ribbons.

Came back to the room, did a few crafts, napped a bit, watched a little Love Boat, then went to dinner.  For dinner I had pineapple for an appetizer and mango/peach soup and a couple of desserts.  DeeAnn had salmon for dinner which she said was excellent.  Our missing table mate, Maurine, showed up.  I could not really hear her so did not join in much of her conversation.
